SIP Account Register Failed

Description

The SIP account can’t register successfully on the sip server.

Resolution
  1. Please check below ACCOUNT registration information is correct. You can contact your service provider to double check.

  1. Register Name

  2. User Name

  3. Password

  4. Transport

  5. Sip server address

  6. Sip server port

  7. Outbound Proxy Server (Optional)

  8. STUN Server (Optional)

Only for distributor or professional engineer:

 

Condition: All ACCOUNT registration information is correct, but still can’t register to the SIP server.

 

  1. Please offer us issue data for analyzing as below:

  1. Level 6 syslog

  2. PCAP trace

  3. Config.bin
