How to Get the Correct IP Address while Using VLAN Feature

Description

Users have set the VLAN ID for phone WAN and PC port, but the phone or PC can’t get correct IP address.

 

Resolution

1. Please check whether the VLAN ID has been set on the switch.

2. Access to web GUI->Network->Advanced tab, disable the LLDP and DHCP VLAN feature. Then enable the WAN port and PC port, enter the correct VLAN ID and priority. Click confirm to accept the change. Just like below screenshot.
