How to Register Account on Yealink Phone

Cause

SIP Account is not registered !

Resolution


Please follow below detailed steps:

1.Press the “ok” button on the keypad, you will get the IP address of phone.

2.Access to the phone webpage -> Account ->Register, fill in the corresponding parameter -> click “confirm” to accept the change.

Register Status:     It shows the register status of the current account.

Line Active:            You can enable/disable the account.

Label:                     It is shown on the LCD to identify the account.

Display Name:         Display Name: It is shown as caller ID when placing a call.

User Name:            It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary).please connect your phone provider or SIP PBX (SIP Server) provider to get this information.

Register Name:      It is an authenticated ID for authentication provided by ITSP (necessary).please connect your phone provider or SIP PBX (SIP Server) provider to get this information.

Password:               It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary).please connect your phone provider or SIP PBX (SIP Server) provider to get this information.

Server Host:            It is provided by ITSP for registration (necessary).please connect your phone provider or SIP PBX (SIP Server) provider to get this information.
