How to Use Asterisk SLA on Yealink Phone

Description

The customer don’t know how to use SLA feature of Asterisk server on Yealink phone , how the server need configure and how the phone need configure.


Resolution

1.      Settings in Yealink phone

2.       In account->advanced interface, fill in the BLA number.

3.       Set the DSS Key to BLF, select the corresponding line.

4.       Register phone B with the same way as phone A,

Register Number: 22.

BLA Number: station 2

DSS Key 1:  BLF, station2_line1

DSS Key 2 :  BLF, station2_line2

 

2.      Settings in Asterisk Server.

3.       The phone behave like below,

 

Another phone C registers the account 60011(must be 5 digits) server is 192.168.1.10

 

60011 makes a call to 20001, both A and B will ring, the BLF keys 1 will show red flash quickly

A answers the call, the BLF keys1 will turn red

A presses the hold button, A will back to idle states, the BLF keys 1 will red flash slowly, B can press the BLF key 1 to resume the call

At this time, A can still press the BLF key 1 to barge in the call.

 

When A presses the BLF key 1 and then enters the C’s number, A will be into talk with C

And then A presses hold button, A will back to idle statues, B can press the BLF key1 to resume the call

At this time, A can still press the BLF key1 to barge in the call as well.
