How to selectively disable subscribes for Voice mail & Call park

Description

Yealink IP phone support subscribes for Voice mail & Call park , then phone will send subscribe messages to SBC or server side periodically which will increase the load of server or SBC and cause some unknown issue, so customer may have the request to disable this subscribe feature .

 


Resolution


For Voice mail , you can disable it through website page : Account -> Advanced -> Subscribe for MWI -> Disable

Auto provision parameter :

account.X.subscribe_mwi = 0

//X is for account , start from 1, //

 

 

For call park , there is no website parameter can be modified , you can only modify it through auto provision , details below :

account.X.callpark_enable = 0

 //X is for account, start from 1,  and disable this parameter will not affect the function of call park//
