Transfer Mode for Dsskey

Description

New call instead of Transfer is the scenario like during a call, A press the DSS key button which set as transfer key, the phone just makes new call to C but not blind/attended transfer B to C directly.

Resolution

You can use to configure transfer mode for Dsskey via phone web UI or auto provision parameter.

Features->Transfer->Transfer Mode via Dsskey

Description:
It configures the transfer mode for DSS key. When the user presses the DSS Key during a call, the DSS Key behavior depends on the transfer mode. 

Note: This feature is only applicable to the Speed Dial key, BLF/BLF List key or Transfer key with an

assigned value. It is not applicable to T19(P) E2/CP920 phones.

Permitted Values:

0-New Call

1-Attended Transfer

2-Blind Transfer

4-Optional, users can choose to transfer the call via New Call, Attended Transfer or Blind Transfer manually (not applicable to T48G/T46G/T42G/T41P/T29G/T29P phones)
