[YMCS/YDMP] How to login when channel and enterprise account are using the same

This FAQ will show the guidance on how to choose account when channel and enterprise account registered with the same email address for YMCS.


If you have registered the ‘’Channel’’ and ‘’Enterprise’’ with the same registering email address and password, by the time you try to login the account, the system will prompt a popup window for you to choose which account to login, please see below screenshot.


Please click the corresponding account you need to log in.
