[YMCS/YDMP] How to Create Order?

Description

This FAQ is for resellers in regards of how to create orders.

Resolution

Firstly, please login your channel account, find Order Management, click Add Order, fill in the enterprise name and reseller name.

Click “Next” button, fill in below information and click submit.

Packet Type: The packet type differs as basic Packets and advanced packet.

Basic packet includes including Device List, Firmware and Resource Management, Account Management, Order Management, Configuration, Site Management, Timer Task, Running State (Dashboard), Operation Log, Sub-account.

Advanced packets include basic package + Alarm Management, Call Statistics and remote Diagnostic.

 

Available devices: This defines the device number that will be managed by YMCS.

Device Quantity in Service: The devices available will be showed here. Since now 1000 devices will be charged free for 3 years, so here the quantity is 1000 by default. If you ordered another 1000 devices, it will be 2000 here.

Duration: It defines the device manage available period on YMCS.

Effective Date: It defines when the account could take effect.

 

At last, an order ID will be generated, you can trace this order follow the Order ID.image.png
