【Troubleshooting】How to Factory Reset EXP40

When something is wrong with EXP40, factory reset maybe a good way to recover it. Or you want to reconfigure ECP40.


Unfortunately you can’t do factory reset on EXP40 individually. You need to do factory reset on the phone. In this way, EXP40 will be reset too. Long press OK key on the keypad until you see warning “Reset to factory setting?” Then press OK key again.


Or you can log in the web interface of T48G or T46G. Then find SettingsàUpgradeàReset to factory.
