【Troubleshoot】SIP-How to Get Correct Syslog, Config.bin and pcap on V80 or Lower

When reporting issues to Yealink support, you are expected to send pcap, syslog (level 6) and config.bin together with detail issue description. 


Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings -> Configuration page.


2. Change the Syslog level to 6, press Confirm. 

3. Press Start. Then start to reproduce the problem.

4. After test, press Stop. Then press the three Export buttons to export the pcap, syslog and config.bin file. Please export them immediately after testing, just in case the messages been overwritten.
