Yealink USB Connect is an application dedicated to Yealink USB Speaker devices, through which customers can restart, reset, upgrade, Bluetooth pairing, un-pairing, obtain diagnostic files and so on.

1.       Installing the upgrade tool—Yealink USB Connectxxx, such as 0.3.36

(1). Prepare a PC running Windows (Can support Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS)

(2). Download the installation package from our official website，and unzip to local directory of your PC.

(3). Double click the installation file “Yealink Connect-0.3.36.0 msi”. Click I accept the terms in the License Agreement and then click Next to continue.

  

(4). Click Browse… to select an installation folder and click Next. By default, the Yealink USB Connect application was installed in the directory C:\Program Files\Yealink USB Connect\

  

(5). Click Install to begin the installation. The installation may take several minutes. Please wait until the installation finished.

(6). Click Finish.
