There are a large number of FAQs and customers are not familiar with the search mechanism, resulting in no solution to the problem.
In short: After entering FAQ system, TOP 10 page is displayed, which lists the ten most commonly used FAQ, but we do not only have these ten FAQ, you can click "TOP 10" to switch.
We categorize each FAQ by function and put the category in the title, so you can search by category.
