【Troubleshooting】MS Teams-How to Export Audio Diagnostic files on Teams phone

Description

This guide shows you how to collect audio diagnostic files along with the log files when you have issues about Teams phone call quality.

Cause

1.         You can find the IP address on the phone by clicking image.png > Settings > Device Settings > About > IPv4. Please type it into web browser using PC connected to the same network as the phone does. Log in the admin account in the web client.

Username: admin

Password: admin

2.         Click Settings > Configuration, set the PCAP type as Normal

3.         Click Audio Diagnostic > Start, reproduce the issue.

4.         When the issue reproduce is over, click Audio Diagnostic – Stop.

Then click PCAP Feature – Export and Export all diagnostic files – Export.
