【DECT-Compatibility】DD10K can't be detected

Description

User bought a DD10K connect to IP phone but the phone can’t detect it.

Resolution

1.     Swap another DD10K to test. Then we can make sure which part has problem.

2.     If another DD10K works fine, that may be original DD10K has hardware problem, please contact your vendor or service provider for assistance.

3.     If another DD10K still can't be detected, that might be cause by incorrect firmware version.

        Please do a factory reset then update the firmware to the latest version.
